Dear Sir
I had taken a loan, as per bank executive only 2% processing fee will be charged nothing else. Executive had taken all required document from me as well as signed the loan document. On Loan disbursement date bank Executive called me that bank will levied insurance charge on me & check had been prepapred after deducting insurance approx Rs. 2200/-. Bank had bound to to accept the conditions due to my personal requirement.
I had make complain to bank bank had reversed the insurance charge after deduction Rs. 300/- approx one month later as cancellation of insurance policy & sent me a copy of insurance application then I find that the loan application form carrying my fake signature.
I again complained to bank regarding this fake document & fraudulent efforts done by bank executive. Bank had denied that insurance application form carrying my original signature. It is purely fake as per comparing with my signature. almost 2 month had been passed but bank is not agree to cooperate with me. I am paying regular EMI to Bank.
Bank had deduct other charges as well as not reversing the insurance as well as gap interest ( One month on refund Rs. 2200/- )
Should I Stop to EMI to Bank ? or other remedy for me.
I don't want to keep relation with hdfc please advice me in this case.

HDFC is a repued private sector Bank . if you dont want to keep any relation with bank repay the loan and close the account . stopping EMI wont work as bank will file case for recovery of its dues

Dear Sir
I Knew that HDFC is reputed bank but it does not mean that hdfc is free to cheat customers.
HDFC Executive made fake document & deducted the charges which was not disclosed to me and not agree to accept it.
There is not any remedy available for customer to challenge the bank & lesson for future

It shall be better to raise your voice against such injustice with Bank Ombudsman and if no solution is arrived at, file a consumer complaint. No hidden charges can be collected from you.

Bank has a right to insist on insurance of the property for which loan is sought but it does not have a right to forge a policy.
There are several options :-
(i) complaint to banking ombudsman
(ii) complaint to consumer forum
(iii) Forgary complaint in local thana
These banks do sent some chaprasis whom they address as executives. If this man has done forgary in your case he may have done in many cases.

"Should I Stop to EMI to Bank ? or other remedy for me."??
NO! You should not stop paying EMI,that would be self damaging for your better health.
The insurance of the property for which loan is sought is beneficial activity for both parties since in case of any causality caused debtors'heir do not face hardship to discharge the debt before getting the inherited share. But certainly Bank should not forge or impersonate debtor's signature
on any paper.
"I don't want to keep relation with hdfc please advice me in this case."
In that case you need to pay them the entire debt either from your funds or by transfer of debt to be sponsored by any other bank so agreeing.
Or you can go for remedies suggested in criminal and civil side.

I request to bank to cancel my loan but bank don't agree for this, bank is telling that pay 12 month interest on this loan to cancel this loan.
First bank executive make fraudulent activity to cheat me e.g. making fake document & imposing other charges on me & bank not accepting this.
Stoping my EMI will help me in this case ?
or complain to Banking ombudsman with paying the EMI ?
Please suggest me

Mr.Rajesh,
There have been a number of questions and answers and suggestions,I would just ask you only one question: "HAVE YOU GONE THROUGH THE APPLICATION FORM COMPLETELY AND MORE SO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS"I am sure that no prospective customer will do it as he will be eager to obtain the loan and later face the tune.
