Hi there,
i am writing my first research paper naming "comparative analysis of writ jurisdiction of supreme court in various countries' i have made chapterization as following:-

abstract
intro
nature and importance of writs
scope and limitation of it
comparison with other legal systems

is it correct

any resources from where i can refine my paper please suggest...

Also mention under which article/section of law writs are filed in courts.

Make it as follows:

- Abstract
- Intro
- Literature Review (nature and importance of writs AND Comparison with other legal systems should be only parts of that chapter).
- Methodology (scope and limitations should only be the parts of this chapter)
- Findings
- Recommendations
