Hi Sir,
This is virendra kumar singh and i got a flat from my father who had compleat funded in the name of mine ( ragistry in the name of mine) but due to some family desputes all original papers with my father.At the time of possesion my parents lived with me but due to desputes Now my father & mother staying with my brother. Now he is not ready to handover all the original papers and i want to sell my flat.. So i want to know can i sell this flat through certified papres from authority ? or how can i get my original papers from my father ? please support and suggest me..

if original papers are with your father you will need to show tehm to buyer . no one will purchase your falt without going through title deeds .
