Is section 498A/304B IPC applicable if the age of girl during marriage was 15 yaers and she was kidnapped by her husband, the girl expired within 7 months of marriage ?

Yes it is applicable, along with it 304B would also apply.

304B and 498a does not differntiate betweeen the age of victim and if the marriage is otherwise illegal.
