1.Does a Unregistered Will acceptable as evidence in Court of law /provide title in any transaction- say name change,claim for any property etc?.
2.Should all legal heirs be informed about the existence of will and actions carried out based on it?
3.Does there exist a necessity to bring all legal heirs into the picture or can some be left uninformed(Daughter getting married against family's will)?.
4.If the Date of Registration of Will is not known is there any simple way to obtain a copy of the Will by(Daughter getting married against family's will and in no touch with family members)?

1. Yes, registration of Will is not mandatory.
2.Yes while applying for Probate.
3. It would depend on the wish of the testator of the Will.
4. Search local Registration Office.
