Dear Experts

I am living in a property with my family since 1980, but not having any Rent Agreement or Rent receipts till date with landlord,but I have all proofs of my residence in form of School/ College certificates, Birth/Death Certificates, Bills from Electricity, telephone & Assessment in Nagar nigam ,now the landlord want to remove property forcefully, is it possible or what are the legal actions which i can opt in the situation.

take stay order in ur favour from civil court.

File a suit for declaration of yourself as tenant and ask for injunction against forceful ouster.

You may file a civil suit for injunction against the landlord protecting yourself from his illegal ways to evict you from the property.
