Learned experts----- Section 3 of DRC Act 1958 & Sec. 3(1) (c)to(e) of 1995 says that DRC doesn't apply to cases where the rent is exceeding 3500 RUPEES and for 10 years to premises constructed after the 1958 Act and for 15 years if constructed after 1995 Act. Now how should i calculate the standard rent of such exempted premises and moreover what Act shall apply in case my premises rent exceeds 3500/-. Finally what Act will help me for the period of 10 or 15 years will it be TPA?
