Dear Sir/Mam
I have a question:
bank initiates execution proceedings against debtor...
But issue is that they skip the steps in execution proceeding and indirectly make their own law, its like an intentional violation of the ground rules of money decree wrt execution.
How and what application should be filed before the executing court detailing the steps what have been violated against CPC.

Objections should be filed against the execution petition by such JD on all grounds available including you told in your query Under the relevant rule of Order 21 of CPC.
