Highly respected Lawyers:
Please give me a suggestion on how to lift a caveat filed by next door neighbor. He is constructing a building after demolishing his old building. He is not building the wall where the previous wall was there, but he has extended it further to our house which there was a free space of 8 feet of 40 feet inbetween our house and 4 feet of 40 feet. To that free space our window is there and our rain water and drainage line was there, now he is not living us to do any repair or construct our house. Which he is forcefully with money and power and with influence he is constructing it. On what measure, i can stop his work and ask for justice in court.. The corporation people have taken money from him and given the plan to his need and not helping us regarding this when we approach corporation regarding this matter and they are indirectly blaming on us. That we should not interfere in this as the said place belongs to him. On what measure or means there is a way to lift the caveat and temporarily inject the work which he is completing in hurry with the help of corporation. Please respected lawyers.. Caveat is filed by a party apprehending ex parte order in any case expected to be filed by his opponent. It is a right conferred by law.Law as of its' spirit is bound to afford hearing to both sides hence unless caveat expires by time it can not sought to be lifted out during it's validity.
