Buying agriculture land

Respected Reader,
My Father is a farmer from maharashtra and he is having farmer certificate.
I am planning to buy 68 acres of agriculture land in maharashtra, I have seen the land and rate is fixed by myself and seller.I need to buy land with proper registration on my name, so for that what should I do?How should I see that the land given me as a proposal is a clear title land.

contact a local lawyer . check whether title is clear of the property . take 30 search report .

if you are buying 68 acres of land you can easily afford legal fees

What do you mean by 30 search report,I just dont want to depend on advocate I want to cultivate and polish myself.

Bear in ur mind that the experts are all advocates. U are accepting the suggestions given by our experts. then why dont u contact local advocate.
