Hi Learned Friends,
I need a clarification with regard to legality in the society Registrar. The case has been filed and the 1st hearing date was 10-10-2011 the petitioner is present & respondent absent in the 2nd hearing date 18-10-2011 petitioner present respondent address not found, and 3rd hearing was on 5-11-2011 petitioner present & Respondent absent 4th Hearing 25-11-2011 petitioner present respondent absent. on 5th hearing 12-12-2011 the petitioner and respondent both are present on that day the compromise judgment has been given in that the petitioner and the respondent of two members one will be the Govt Employee ( High School HM ) and the other Respondent is a society member and the petitioner is also signed and the case was closed as compromise judgment was signed by a Judge.
But after this the respondent has not given any value or response to the judgment given till today. But continuously intimated to the Registrar who had given the judgment and even the Judge is not giving proper response or reply in this regard after my complaint also the renewal of the society has taken place.
Please advise as of now how to proceed further in this case.

Hi Learned Friends,
I Need advice for the below case logged at Karnataka Information commission. As per the below list pasted for your reference in details you can view the case details in the following link: kic.gov.in:80k80/welcome.do but the judgment has not been issued till today please let me know how to proceed further. As per my knowledge the judgments must be given within thirty or max 45 day from the date of last hearing, but in this case it was on July 30 and today it is October 27 another 3 days to go for completion of the 90 days yet judgment not received.
