THANKS FOR THE OPINION
1.When the Consent terms have been violated by the Tenant what will be the impact of this act of violation.How will it be useful to the Landlord who has filed a fresh suit against the Tenant.Can the C S be dismissed and the old suit be reopened.
2.The Hospital is running WITHOUT License and Registration since April 2010.B M C has issued notice to stop the nursing activity.The Hospital has No change of User certificate,has done illegal additions/alterations without permission,does not have Fire dept N O C,and above all the suit has been filed by the Landlord for eviction.in this position can the court order for closure of hospital till the final disposal of suit (One Hospital in Dadar has been closed down following courts order)
N:B The tenant will not be effected even if the hospital is closed down as he has one more hospital.

please post your queries in the same thread . we had advised you that tenant can be evicted for carrying out alterations without landlord consent . also pointed out that on violation of cosnentt erms eviction lies .
