In our society, a member was allotted a car parking by society few years back. Recently, he has given his flat on rent and his sub-letti has started parking his car in the stilt space allotted to original tenant. Whereas there are few original members who purchased the flats later, are parking their cars in open space. In the meantime, one of other member gave his covered parking space to secretary. When I raised the query on giving preference to original members for stilt parking, the society informed me that since the original tenant has not surrendered his parking to society, his sub-letti can use the space. Also one of other member who purchased the stilt parking from builder sold his flat along with parking space to another person and at that point of time, society didn't ask for the surrender of parking space. There are few other flats who are also in the process of selling along with stilt car parking space. Please guide me what is the remedy available for me. There is ample open space available. However, my question is about stilt parking. What is the definition of 'transfer' as per bye-law.

the issue that arises is whether said members had purchased stilt car parking slot from builder ? whether society has approved subsequent transfers of said slots with transfer of flats .
if members are gaarived they should not approve said transfer of flats with slots .
ason date there are sufficent open car parking slots available .if you are aggrived move cooperative court
