Pls urgent answer

(Querist) 08 November 2012 This query is : Resolved 
One of the property of A is in mumbai ( Shop at worli ) and given to his younger son through a will but the said property is in the name of elder son. A has instructed elder son to give the property to younger to claim other property and Younger son will do all expenses of transfer
A is now no more died before 2 years

In this case my question is..
How can younger son transfer property of the will on his name from the will ...
Note the property was purchased by A under pagdi A and owener under pagadi system change th e name on the recipt and the propery was not purchased by the eler son
There are twelve properties mentioned in the will but only problematic is this one
or suggest your best way to get the property from the elder son

if shop is in worli it must be worth over a crore ? you can easily afford legal fees .contact a local lawyer . in any case if property is standing in name of elder son father cannot by will bequeath it to younger son .

What is the actual meaning of the shop is in name of your brother does only shop act is in his name, or rent receipt or ROR or any license or merely possession? Pl explain.
