I am starting new business of exporting pallets.i want to know how can i issue the H form and what kind of tax benefits i will get by issuing H form

Pallets are used by the exporter for exporting some other goods to keep the goods on pallets. If this is the situation then you can not sale the pallets against form H but these pallets are actually exported to other country then you can sale them to exporter against form h for which you need not to pay the tax in your state.
