Q)court order maintenance to my wife in domestic voilence case. moreover court order both parties to produce witness on next hearing. for what purpose they order to produce evidence?

Now it will be finally decided after Evidence, Documents and Arguments.

If u have arrears of 1 Lakh of this DV Act Mtn, It is Appealble Order, and can move Sessions Court Revision..

There cannot be any better free advise on the net. It appears that you are not getting free legal aid (which is available to those who are prima facie innocent). It also appears that you are unable to afford an advocate and still go to the extent of calling you minor son as greedy, questioning the judge’s wisdom in calling for the evidence, questioning the correctness of paltry sum of rs 5800 given as maintenance, want the advise if she can appeal against an order favourable to you.
All this indicates what?
Somewhere you may be wrong for having caused this situation. Average Indian women do no like to go to thana against husband unless compelled.
If you cannot afford litigation or maintenance than peace is the best option which is never costly and available simply by shedding male ego.
Better try amicable settlement if you can.

This man Mohit Gupta irritates, harass, insult experts,
and as his membership DELETED,
He again registered immediately with another false names , continue harassing experts.
His Chatting was full of insulting filthy language
He must have harassed his wife to such an extent.
