The cause list available today at delhi district court website does not show our second motion that was filed yesterday The person at counter had said it to be displayed tomorrow in the list.Do they add divorce matters later also and may not be updated because of this?

tomorrow morning visit the court . were you granted circulation for tommorrow . if your case is not shown check with the court clerk when your matter will appear on board

This might be a clerical mistake. Why don't you exhaust the service of your lawyer for such petty matter?

In Maharashtra District, Website not updated for months and in few cases, few courts for years. VASAI COURT NOT UPDATED FOR LAST 3 YEARS. Kalyan courts no date of 2 years ..

FAMILY COURTS MUMBAI BANDRA : MCD ; NOT ENTERED FOR MONTHS !!
WILL GOVT LOOK INTO?? AFTER SPENDING OVER CRORES FOR THE SAME!!!

Not only in Maharashtra but also in my State haryana, such updates are not made regularly.
