There is a SRA scheme approved in my area and there are 225 huts in total but builder are ready to give houses for only 170 houses whether he is legible or not legible.And he is telling that rest 55 houses will be given houses only if mahada approves.He is going to start the project with the help of 170 houses only and he is telling in future if rest 55 houses are legible then only he will provide them houses.Please tell that after completing the project for 170 houses whether he will give houses to rest 55 houses.

are 225 eligible . do they have proof that they are residng in said premises before 1995 ? if they are eligible builder is bound to provide houses to them . SRA will approve list of members .

There is no such guarantee which you are asking. Ensure this prior to moving ahead for redevelopment.

I agree with the experts views. Unless MAhada APPROVES THE LIST OF THE REMAINING 55 PERSONS THE BUILDER IS NOT BOUND TO PROVIDE FLATS TO THEM IN THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDINGS. until THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED THE BUILDER MAY NOT BE ABLE TO START THE PROJECT AS THE 55 RESIDENTS WOULD NOT VACATE THEIR HUTS.
