Can a criminal case U/s 420 IPC BE filed against a foreman of a chitty when he is violating the terms of the chitty varioala?So also can a subscriber of a chitty be proceeded against criminal action for violating section 65 of the Kerala Chitty's Act 1975.

If the facts of the matter constitute the office then definitely such persons can be tried under section 420 IPC.
