Registration of sale deed

Dear Sir,

My builder says, he has given Power of Attorney to his employee for attending the registration office.

It means , whether my builder will sign the SALE DEED and will send his employee to registration office ?

My builder is not responding correctly.

If he is the POA holder he can not delegate his power to his insubordinate to register the deed on his behalf.

Dear Sir,

Please tell me

1)under what circumstances the builder can appoint another person to register the sale deed.

2)but whether, the builder still needs to sign the sale deed him self, even if some body else represents him for registration.

please clarify sir.

1. If only he is authorised to do so by his original GPA.
2. Developer needs to sign the deed.

thanks for your feed back.

As I have asked you earlier that the Sale Deed is having complete terms & conditions.

But there is a one line "The vendor and the vendee are desirous of reducing into writing the terms of sale" before start of terms.

Is this line is mandatory in Sale Deed.
