Karewa marriage and bigamy

whether a person, who performs KAREWA marriage and subssequently contracted another marriage in Karewa form,be guilty of bigamy as defined in 494 ipc?

Yes. Marriage even if performed for the first time or on death of first husband of such wife with the brother of the husband (called Krewa marriage in Haryana & Rajasthan) is legal marriage.

The legal position in Krewa marriage are same.
