Transfer of property

daer sir,a persons paternal property transferred by his old grandfather by executing sale deed to someone without infoming his sons and grandsons though they are matured age and they have thir right over the said property , and the purchasor initiating the higher office made the ror in his name .so now what can they do for the same.

You have not told when such property was sold and what was the age of his sons at that time. All such information is vital to reply your query.
