Dear sir, my aunty is widow and dosenot have any child, she is now 70 years and staying with us since last 40 Years. we are taking care of her bread & butter.
She has some property on her name. Now she wants to transfer her property to me & my brother (we dont have sister).On her property 7/12 abstract it is mentioned that she will have the right of bread & butter.
Now my question is what is legitimate way of transferring her property to us.

if aunt is absolute owner of property she can by will bequeath property to you and your brother

Will is opened after the death of its testator so no question arises to think the transfer of the property during the life time of the testator. Will can be got prepared with the help of any local lawyer and it shall be better to get the same registered to avoid future complications.
