Hi, I Shashidara need information that my divorce case is at family court. My evidence is completed and also cross. But their evidence/cross is pending and also dragging the case. So I need information that how much time will take for divorce.

it depnds upon pendency of cases in family court . since your case is part heard you will get short dates . hopefully in one year time court may pass order

Your dealing lawyer can reply this question perfectly and better than us as he is having practical knowledge of that court and we shall have to take help of assumptions and presumptions.
