But at what amount the same has to be registered as the agreement that we have received does not mention any amount on it.?

the agreement must be mentioning area of flat ot be alloted to you in lieu of earier room occupied by you

SRA SCHEME IS FOR A lot OF DOZENS of Tenants. Nothing is special or separate for you.

do as all other do. It will be done for all or none. you cannot change entire Agreements of your Sra flat. So be with crowd, Your chawl committee only have bargaining power, and they must have entered into registered Agreement. Strict Govt rules take care of your interest.
Hope OK.

There is no need to mention specific amount rather mention that the entire sale consideration has been made. The other specifications of the property are required to be mentioned in the registration. The stamp duty should be paid on minimum circle rate of the area.
