Company not issueing releving letter,exp letter

Hi Experts,

Here is my problem I left the company on March 1st 2012 my last working day at company is April 30 2012 .In this time i have serviced notice period of two months .I was went to on site so some claims are pending from the company .Company have to pay 50k to me.so,I have waited to for the same .this is Jan 2013 almost 9 months completed till now they are not cleared my claims and not issuing any relieving letter/exp letter .please suggest what i do now .till now they are saying they will working on it will resolve the issue soon.

issue legal notice to company for recovery of your outstanding dues
