Can a Muslim grandson inherit property of deceased,if a Muslim dies leaving a son and a grandson (son's son or a son from a predeceased son)?

Muslim grandson cannot inherit of deceased because he is excluded by his father(son of deceased)

A grand son born out of a predeceased son of a deceased Muslim is not entitled to inherit any share from his properties.
