Impriosnment in default of payment of fine

Hi All,

I have following issues to resolve:-
1. Can imprisonment in default of payment of fine be concurrent
2. Can High court suspend the sentence or can he reduce the sentence arising out of default in payment of fine amount decided by lower court.
3. The imprisonment in my case because of default is 3 months.
Please give me your valuable views with supporting (if any)
