Sir,
With my money my father had purchased some property in his name and my mother and sisters name to be transferred to my name later. After 16 years I came back home and asked my father to transfer the property back to me.He refused and feigned ignorance of any such deal.He now says he bought it with his money taken on ban loan. Can he write a Will diving the property equally between me and my sister.Can he assign it to a Trust run by him? What remedies i have against him? He has planted rubber in it and also made money by doing illegal quarry which now he has stopped.

yes he can amke a will bequeathing propertyto you and your sister .
you have not obbtained any letter from your father that said money is a loan . your father is not bound to return your money after 16 years .
