Sir.

After giving divorce, i've been implicated in false dowry case and FIR was lodged u/s 498A on 26th May, 2012.

I'm on anticipatory bail, and trial has not yet started.

Now,i've got permission from court to go abroad for 2 month's but have been asked to furnish surety of 10,000/-; however i'm unable to furnish the same as none of my relatives are coming forward to help me out of fear. Please advise what i should do. My present visa has expired now need to take a fresh visa soon.

what help can be given by this forum. You have to arrange the guarantor.

You can even deposit this small amount of Rs. 10,000/- in the court if none is coming forward and the requirement of the court shall thus shall stand fulfilled.
