Do file partition suit at once and pray for injunction till disposal of your suit.
Once injunction is granted you would surely get your die share.

You can file a criminal case under section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 B IPC against your maternal uncle, aunt, the identifier, the witnesses to the sale-deed and Tehsildar who executed such deed apart from filing a civil suit seeking setting aside the alleged sale deed with partition of land.
