I have done second marrige without divorcing first one, now second wife & his is blackmailing me a lot, I am help less now, please give some tips to resolve this issue

This marriage is invalid and you are also guilty of bigamy qua your first wife.
There is no solution to this problem except to get rid of this so-called wife in the name of void marriage.

Second marriage is void and you are also committed offence.
The Hindu Marriage Act,1955
section 17 :- Punishment of bigamy.-
Any marriage between two Hindus solemnized after the commencement of this Act is void if at the date of such marriage either party had a husband or wife living; and the provisions of sections 494 and 495 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)
Indian Penal Code (IPC)
Section 494 :- Marrying again during lifetime of husband or wife
Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such marriage is void by reason of its taking place during the life of such husband or wife, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also liable to fine.

in law and AS ........as void means zero whose function is to increase or decrease the value of unit is the only tip i have for you if you can understand it at all.

what is the reaction of your first wife? is she willing for divorce by mutual consent ? if so promise the second wife that as soon as divorce gets through you will marry her .
