In civil suit for mandatory injunction defendant has filed written statement ,now my question is can i file replication and how to proceed further in the case.pl.advice

FILING OF REPLICATION IS NOT MANDATORY.

agree!filing replica is not provided in CPC.

Any person can file the replica to the written statement subject to the permission of the court. This is provided under CPC.
