Advice

(Querist) 29 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

The order copy of the dismissal was obtained and to my great surprise, the Hon'ble Judge has repeatedly quoted that he has based his judgement on the valid and essential documentary evidence submitted by the respondent and hence dismissed the petition.

The fact is respondent did not submit any documentary evidence other than the marriage photos and marriage video. The entire marriage expense was paid by the petitioner.

Sirs, can you kindly advice me with the marriage photos and video, will the Hon'ble Judge conclude that these are valid essential documentary evidence to dismiss the divorce petition on "cruelty and desertion"

Should I make a special reference to this to the lawyer whom I will request for 1st appeal in high court, or is there any other legal remedy for such misleading statements

Was the genuineness of photos and video disputed by you?
If yes then without its proper authentication by the FSL, the court can not rely on it.
Challenge the judgment in high court.

Appeal in the high court is the only remedy in the given case.
