Cross cases

(Querist) 21 May 2013 This query is : Resolved 
in an incident cross cases were filed. my client with sec. 395 IPC. and the other party with kidnapping a minor girl. its a case of love affair. can anyone suggest me some good case laws for getting least police custody for my clients. please i wud be really thankful.
