Hi all members need your help in my brothers case.
In short h his life became like "choori choori chupke chupke" movie.
He has been married in year 2007 (Love marriage) with No kids.My sister(Babhi) has undegone all tests pertaining to pregnancy & conceiving but final option left out is IVF which is off very risky as per docotrs suggestion based on my Bhabi's health.Now my brother has started an illicit relationship with another girls which is known to my babhi from the begining and encouraged it for kids.Now respectable girl is pregnant.Entire story has come into picture when respectable lady has started asking my brother to marry her.All this incidents has happened in another city.
Now...
1.My babhi's family is threatening to file 498a,DV,Adultery on my brother and my father and mother & me as we all stay in USA.
2.Respected lady wants to file DV & Attrocity on my brother & bhabi for cheating as she belongs to SC.

Both family's are very strong in terms of contacts with politicians and police.

Pls help us what we have to do and my brother.As we are out of country for 8 years unable to understand laws in india

Pls help give some suggestions what to do ..

The case is very complicated and tough one. You have to hire a good lawyer on your behalf to fight the cases, otherwise you have to suffer. Before that try to compromise the matter as it will leads to many other complications. Please contact if you have any doubt ravinder2345(at)gmail(dot)com.

Point No.1—There are every chances of filing the cases by your bhabhi. Any way except your brother, all of you will get bail from High Court.

Point No.2—Respected lady can file cases against your brother and bhabhi. Anyway your bhabhi can come out, but your brother has to face the case. She may utilise the SC and ST attrocities Act also for her selfish purpose.

Amazingly good combination of "respected girl" and "illicit relations"! Further, if your bhabi was knowing her she must also be knowing your bhabhi from the very beginning to have been married with your brother.

Anyway, there may be several queries that a lawyer may need to put to you for making himself aware of the correct position of the case. So, better hire services of some lawyer of your choice to find appropriate solution in the case.

Yes sir, My Babhi knows respected girl from the begining of the episode.Some more information is that she is unmarried and adultery cannot be filed it seems according to my brother.
2.He is worried about filling 498a case or DV case on him by Babhi.
Pls advice what to do as respected girl family has district collectors ,SP,DSP's in her family.
Now the stand was my babhi is ready to live with my brother but she wants that girl out of her family and asking my brother to change his job and give entire money to her and soooo on there were so many T& C.

your brother has to bear the consequences . if he wanted to have children with another lady he should have divorced his wife first . now both the ladies are baying for his blood . he cant marry the pregnant lady without divorcing his first wife .

he has to arrive at an settlement with both the ladies . pay the first wife handsome amount and divorce her .
