sir
thanks
the lawyer has suggested to go for settlement/agreement in stamp paper as the legal procedure is lengthy and time consuming. is it ok. should they proceed for adoption via agreement on stamp paper.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 03 June 2013
Legal procedure is better.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 04 June 2013
Even though legal procedure is lengthy, you are strongly advised to follow it otherwise you can repent on a day for your short cut method which has no legal sanctity.
