A laptop was purchased. Had manufacturing defect. Was sent for repairs but no recipt/document issued to purchaser. Thus, no proof with purchaser as to whether he deposited laptop with manufacturer/seller for repairs. The seller refuses to return the laptop/refund. What should the purchaser do?

which mode you give it your laptop, either courier or register post.

best thing you send legal notice aforesaid reasons.

You must be having original bill of purchase. Give a legal notice to the manufacturer/seller to return the laptop in a repaired condition. If he fails to do so, the approach the consumer forum.
