my fafther and mother residing at my namely house and i am residing in my fathers namely home my father said that please left my house i want to sold it i reply that ok but give me the possession of my house both are residing since 20 years in each other houses my mother is died and my father got marriage this is my step mother but the my father nor gives me possession of my house and said that u left my house sir give me advise all taxes of both houses is paid by me and i give him a 1000 rs per month as a maintanance also what should i do for this problem please give me advise

Do not vacate his house unless he is ready to vacate your house. Seek the intervention of some relatives to convince him to vacate your house.

BUT HE IS THRATEN ME AND LODGED COMPLAINT AGAINST ME IN POLICE STATION SO MANY TIMES
SO WHAT IS THE LEGAL REMEDY FOR THIS ISSUE

Let him lodge.Yours is a give and take.First he does need to vacate your's before he vendes his.Tell the true story to police.Police can not dispossess you.
