Me and my wife got married after a long courtship period.During our relationship we made her a partner in our business and later made her a proprietor in one of our company. She was from a middle class and we were affluent.I trusted her and did the business in her name but later she cheated me and got involved with another man and gave away our agency to him when i was abroad without my consent. She refused conjugal relations with me after she got associated with him.Later in 2011 she moved out of my house along with my 2 daughters. Our divorce is pending. Now i am applying for a partition suit to get 50% share in all her assets which she made by cheating me in business. She has agreed to give divorce but no compensation. Can i claim 50%share in all her assets? What are my chances of winning the matter

You can very well claim for your share in either of the form of your business if the same is dissolved on your part.
