Superdari of accidental vehicle

Dear Experts,
My car got accident due to negligence of other vehicle. Now my insurance co is going to declare the as total loss and for this they are asking to get the superdari of car cancelled. superdari can be cancelled only if i take complaint back against other party. now please guide what to do , is there any other way to get superdari cancel.

Supurdnama or Supurdari cannot be cancelled till the trial is completed.

As double claim cannot be obtained so your company is right but you are also right because the sapurdari nama cannot be got cancelled on the mercy of the complainant.
It shall be better not to claim insurance cover fom your insurance company rather file a claim petition against the accused party so that his insurance company may pay it. It shall not require cancellation of sapurdarinama.
