actually i couldn't continue my study and i had leave my education when i was doing +2 for my some family issue in 1996 then i thought that i should continue my study again and i have taken my exam in October 2012 and passed from National Institute of Open Schooling and i want to do BA LLB I AM 35 NOW AND IT'S MY DESIRE TO DO LAW BUT WHEN I WENT FOR THE REGISTRATION IN JULY FOR BA LLB THEN I WAS SAID THAN YOU CAN NOT BE REGISTERED IN CCS UNIVERSITY MEERUT AND ANYWHERE COZ YOU ARE ABOVE 30. SIR I WANT TO DO JUST AFTER LONG I HAVE THOUGHT FOR MY FURTHER STUDY WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW PLEASE GUIDE ME ASAP. On a one hand government motivates people for study and on the other hand they are preventing us to do more study.

if you have done your BA do your MA in some subject . if there is bar from doing law after 30 then you can choose other subjects for further study

If law is not possible then, there are many more courses where there is no age limit.

Agreed with the experts, nothing more to add.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 03 July 2013
The matter of age bar is sub-judice before Hon'ble Supreme Court and no stay order has been provided against BCI rule so no help can be given to you.
