For bci exam

Dear Sir,
I have completed my law from Mumbai University in june 2013. My query is that if I apply for Bar council of Maharastra & Goa. so after getting BCI certificate, Can i do job in any legal firm ? or i will have to do only Practice ???? Plz help

After obtaining certificate, you shall become a lawyer and then can do practice but if you shall do job then the certificate shall have to be surrendered till you do job.

A practicing advocate can not do job. Either practice or job.
