My Father Expired in 13/4/97 leaving a will mentioned above vide which One house in Faridabd where we are currently living,was to be given to my mother and after her death or invalidity it was to be inherited by me.after my mother incurring a Brain Clot (become invalid)my two married sisters jointly with my mother started a malicious campaign against me and threatened me to Have overriding of my mothers regd will and against my fathers will saying that after succession it is not mandatory for my brainless mother to comply with my fathers will (which specifically prohibits a share for my two sisters) .Kindly Advice

I presume that the house of Faridabad was self acquired of your father. Your father had given only life interest to your mother by way of his will and thus she has got no right, title or authority to change the verdict of the will of your father. You can definitely get a stay order against the proposed action of your mother and sisters.

The House was given to your mother for her life time and she could not acquire absolute title of the house by the will. Your sister has no right in the house under the present circumstances provided the house was self acquired by your father.
