(Querist) 06 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hi..
A male person saravan was born on 1950, his father is senthil , his mother is meenshi but his mother was wife of senthil's brother. Senthil's wife is kanaga and they have a daughter. Saravanan have proof for the son of senthil like passport, voterid, driving license.

Now who have property rights?

Thank you..

Interesting!
Being a non-practicing expert I would like to watch replies to this post for my knowledge.

Sarvanan is an illegitimate son of Senthil hence he is also entitled to inherit the property of Senthil along-with his Kanagi & her daughter.

Thanks Mr.raj.
One more doubt.. Saravanan only born first, that is he is the first son of senthil. Then only menashi got a daughter.
Before 1983, property rights on male generation only, in this view who have rights?

Who told you that the property rights are through male generation?

It hardly affects he legal succession, who was born first and who later on.

Sorry.. Some mistakes in last..

Thanks Mr.raj. Some more doubts.. Saravanan only born first, that is he is the first son of senthil and meenashi. After meenashi join with senthil, she lived with saravanan that is meenashi not lived with her first husband. Then only senthil got a daughter with first wife.

Before 1983, property rights on male generation only, in this view who have rights?

Sorry for this collapsible query..

Thanks in advance..
