what is the time limt to file suit for encroachment of property.
neighbour occupied my land ,has built balcony
entering my land.

It is three years. One can also start counting three years period from a fresh cause of action.

Three years

When the right to sue accrues.

it would apply for demolition only and not where possession underneath of land is also
involved which would be 12 years.
