sir,
my name is anilkumar vathiyath marine engineer.i sailed on ship owned by pratibha shipping co.but the company is suffering from financial crisis so they are not paying the wages.my 3 months wages is pending.how to get my wages.please suggest me the proper way to go about so that i will recieve my wages.

Contact a local lawyer and serve a legal notice to the company through him failing which file a civil suit.

Since how long you are working with this shipping line? Is this the first time the payment of wages has been delayed ? Were there any earlier incidents also...What about other employees who have been working with you ? was their wages paid in time and You alone have not been paid ? Please speak to your top management and if their response is not promissing follow the advise of Mr Raj Kumar Makkad.
