I want to know that in India on the basis of one consideration, can three contracts be formed.
i have doubt regarding the contractual validity of Click, shrink and browse wrap contracts. can all these three contracts be formed on the basis of single consideration. can anyone please suggest me the answer of it with the legal provisions of indian laws

Consideration is defined in section 2(d)of Indian contract Act which can be any thing and it's adequacy is not required in law.Your facts are not properly stated to speak any thing more.Normally these contracts relate to software license which is downloaded or used over the internet.Things are not especially legislated even in U.S. barring it's few territories,then how can we think of any legislation in India which is notoriously known in mostly copying western laws.
