Government tender

A government tender is in process . According to one Government notification, only the bidders residing in the territorial place of work can bid in the tender. It seems some national bidders have also participated. Now in the pre bid meeting the question as to how the outside bidders have participated were raised. accordingly a legal notice was issued to the concerned government Department requesting not to entertain further illegal participation.
today is the date for submission of the final tender form and it has come to the notice that those outside bidders have also participated.
i want to file a writ in the High Court , if anyone has a petition draft, plus few citations as to tender cases can be entertained under Art 226. need to file ASAP. can mail me at thupden@gmail.com thank you

no ready made drafts . you have to engage a local lawyer . . dont rush to court now . lett he contract be awarded . if it is awarded to company not satisfying the criteria then move court

Unless tender is actually awarded to an outside bidder, any court case on your part will be nothing except a futile exercise leading to failure of your case.

Tenders will be processed according to the tender conditions. The bids of the outside bidders can be rejected automatically at the tender evaluation stage, if the conditions of the tender are such. If any bidder having given any local office address, he can't be ignored.
