i am LL.B graduate.. m avg student want to practice in tax.. filed are income tax.. sales tax.. vat.. service good..cntral excise..slaes tax..is tht above course link completing whole aspect of my future law practice... or i need to join tax firm.. will doing this course i will become tax lawyer?? or a tax lawyer needs to knw more which this course nt provide. ?? guide me m very tensed..

Even if you do such course, you need to know the ground realities. So you have to practice with some tax practitioner even if for some days.

sir.. that's surely i do.. even i am thinking to join a tax advocate and the course too..in week end classes.. but my query is that course is it self sufficient to give me some knowledge abt tax what a tax lawyer have to possess..

It is only diploma course. I doubt really how much knowledge it will give you.

I cannot say about that particular institution, however, if you are planning to practice in taxation then, doing a proper course in taxation D.T.L. will definately help you. Also join the office of some tax practitioner.
